Bicyclists, people using personal mobility devices, and moped drivers must not:

• Drive a bicycle, moped, or personal mobility device (if it has handlebars) without holding the handlebars with at least one hand;
• Carry cargo that sticks out more than 0.5 meters in length or width from the vehicle, or cargo that makes driving difficult;
• Carry passengers unless the equipment or design of the bicycle or personal mobility device allows it;
• Turn left or make a U-turn on roads with tram tracks and on roads with more than one lane in that direction. (This does not apply if a left turn is allowed from the right lane, except for roads inside bicycle zones);
• Cross the roadway at crosswalks while riding the vehicle (bicycle, personal mobility device, or moped).
