В данной ситуации обгон мотоцикла запрещён, так как действие происходит на нерегулируемом перекрёстке
равнозначных дорог.
Согласно правилам, на таком перекрёстке оба водителя должны уступить дорогу транспортным средствам,
приближающимся справа («помеха справа»).
Попытка выполнить обгон в этой ситуации приведёт к тому, что Вы не сможете выполнить требование уступить дорогу, и создадите опасность для всех участников движения.
Ответ — Запрещено

Passing is banned:
At controlled intersections when entering the oncoming lane. At uncontrolled intersections when driving on a road that is not a priority road. (Exceptions: passing at traffic circles, passing two-wheeled vehicles without a sidecar, and allowed passing on the right);
At crosswalks;
At railroad crossings and closer than 100 meters before them;
When the vehicle ahead is passing or going around an obstacle;
At the end of an uphill or on other road sections with poor visibility when entering the oncoming lane;
When passing a group of vehicles escorted by a vehicle with a flashing light (except orange and yellow lights);
On bridges, overpasses, under them, and in tunnels.
