Motorcycles, mopeds, and personal mobility devices;
Vehicles driving in an organized group;
Public transit vehicles driving in a special transit lane against the main traffic flow;

Vehicles carrying large, heavy, or dangerous goods;
Vehicles towing motor vehicles (the towing vehicle must have low beams on, and the towed vehicle must have hazard lights on).
